Building upon the foundation of the SF90 platform, these remarkable cars aim to perfect and surpass their predecessors by pushing the boundaries of performance and engineering. Let’s delve into the remarkable specifications and figures that make the SF90 XX models a true marvel.
Aerodynamically, the SF90 XX Stradale outshines all other Ferrari road cars, rivalling even the mythical LaFerrari. Its cutting-edge aerodynamic performance delivers double the maximum downforce of the SF90 Stradale, enhancing the grip capability and resulting in significantly faster lap times at the Fiorano test track.
At the front, the SF90 XX Stradale retains its arrow-shaped front wing, accentuated by two new vertical wing profiles that lend it a geometric aesthetic. The addition of lower wings that appear to float within the air intake enhances the car’s visual appeal. The extensive use of carbon fibre in the lower section emphasizes its technical prowess.

A larger front splitter, compared to the SF90 Stradale, generates a highly energetic flow of air beneath the car, optimizing its aerodynamics. The underbody has undergone significant redesigning, with new S-ducts on either side of the bonnet vents and front wheel arch louvres, which contribute to improved downforce over the front wheels by reducing turbulence.
The rear of the SF90 XX Stradale showcases a distinctive ‘long tail’ profile, emphasizing the car’s width and stance with its ‘trimaran’ design. The rear vents behind the wheels and dual central exhausts contribute to a more imposing appearance. However, it is the massive fixed rear wing that steals the spotlight, a feature unseen on a road-legal Ferrari since the iconic F50 in 1995.
Replacing the SF90 Stradale’s twin tail-lights, the SF90 XX Stradale boasts a light bar and a ‘blown’ spoiler that works in tandem with an active aero concept known as a Gurney shut-off. The wing’s shape has been meticulously crafted to manage the pressure field created by its interaction with the smaller shut-off wing. Offering two configurations, LD (Low Drag) and HD (High Downforce), the SF90 XX Stradale generates a remarkable 315 kg of downforce at 250 km/h, ensuring unparalleled cornering speed and stability.
Beyond its striking aerodynamics, the SF90 XX Stradale features a reworked hybrid powertrain aimed at delivering harmony and consistent response to the driver. The 4,0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine produces an impressive 586 kW @ 7 900 r/min. However, with the inclusion of three electric motors, two on the front axle and one positioned between the engine and gearbox at the rear, an additional 171 kW is unleashed. This assistance results in a maximum power output of 758 kW, surpassing the SF90 Stradale by 22 kW. Noteworthy advancements in the exhaust system and combustion chamber machining contribute to this power increase.
